What’s included in your social-event bar package?
Our packages include full bar setup and breakdown, professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, coolers, bar tools, and all essential service equipment. Additional options can be added depending on your event.
Do you include rentals like glassware, mobile bar units, or themed props?
Yes. We offer glassware rentals, portable bar units, and select décor or themed add-ons to match the style of your event.
Can we customize the drink list or create a signature cocktail for our celebration?

What venues, homes, or outdoor spaces do you commonly work with?
We work with a mix of private residences, rental properties, and local event venues. Some favorites include Autumn Lane Estate, Bear Mountain Inn, Caswell Farm, Flanagan Farm, and Hidden Pond—along with many other homes and outdoor spaces across the region.
What areas do you service for social events?
We cater across Southern and Coastal Maine, including South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Freeport, Brunswick, Biddeford, Lewiston–Auburn—and we may travel farther depending on your date and event size.
How many events do you take on during weekends or holidays?
We’re staffed for multiple events on busy dates and holidays, ensuring each celebration gets the dedicated team it needs.
How many bartenders will be assigned to our event?
We generally recommend 1 bartender per 50 guests to ensure smooth service. For larger gatherings, we’ll add additional bartenders or barbacks as needed so no one waits long for a drink.
Can we book bartenders only for our small gathering?
Yes. We offer bartenders-only service when you prefer to supply your own alcohol. We’ll still bring the tools, ice, and expertise to make your event feel polished.
Do you carry liability insurance for private properties and event spaces?
Yes—we’re fully licensed and carry general and liquor liability insurance, meeting requirements for homes, venues, and public or private event spaces.
